I think that given the huge number of people working at your offices your should appoint a ‘case manager’ for every patient. So that would be the point contact for questions, problems, confirmations, prescriptions, etc….. I must say I had to scramble a few times during the process to get (simple) answers to my questions. Otherwise the results were nothing short of phenomenal….
