My eye doctor told me I was eligibly for Lasik eye surgery, but they didn't do the surgery. They referred me to Assil Gaur Eye Institute. I was so scared to go through the surgery, having something come towards my eye while I sat there and watched it. Dr. Assil made sure that I had all my questions answered before anything was done. Its has been about 10 years since I made one of the best decision of my life, which was getting lasik done by Dr. ASSIL. I had thought about for a while before but I was nervous and scared but had finally become so tired of contacts and all that goes along with them, that I finally decided I would just go to a lasik seminar and check it out. I didn't know Dr Assil at the time but I was able to ask him direct questions and he made me feel so comfortable, so I booked my appointment that day to came in for a consult and didn't look back. I can still remember sitting in the exam room after surgery and he came into the room, checked me out and said congratulations you have new eyes and I looked around and things were already clearer. After that my recovery was quick and easy, I even headed up to YMCA summer camp in Big Bear a few weeks later and had no issues and have not had any issues since. What prompted me to witre this is I actually just got my eyes checked and I am still 20/20. After all these years, thanks Dr Assil, you're the best!
