Nicest workers and so efficient.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Assil and his staff. I have had eye care, surgeries and now the Valeda eye treatment. I have never had a disagreeable time in 15 years. The doctors, assistants, staff are all courteous and professional. I cannot imagine referrring or going to another doctor.

Dr Gaur is outstanding! Nice, friendly, professional, and fully explains information or status.

You charge $50 for a missed appointment. Fair enough. But since eye appointments are often up to a year in advance, you really need to do a MUCH better job of communicating to your (often elderly) patients when that appointment is coming up. I'm down $50 because of that. Email, phone and text, please, two weeks prior and one week prior. Thanks.

Avneet is amazing and so is all the staff. I would for sure come back! They were pateint with me and very accomodating.

Engaging with the office staff has been inconsistent and a bit chaotic. When I made my initial appointment, I was following up on a referral that the office had received and actually already reached out to me for. But when I returned the call, they had a difficult time finding my information and it took a few follow up calls to actually get it sorted. I asked if I would need to get driven home from the appointment if I was going to be doing an eye dilation; they told me I would be, but yet this never happened during the appointment and so I spent money on Ubers for nothing. Also, the wait time during the appointment was excessive: it took almost an hour to be seen by the doctor. And then upon departure, I booked a follow up appointment in six months and was told I would receive an email confirmation, yet a few weeks have gone by and I have still not received that. I also called the office to follow up on my test results, but the phone tree system hung up on me and it took a few attempts for me to actually reach a live person. I was told someone would call me back with info on the test results within the hour, but they didn’t call me until about eight hours later.

The gentleman who walked me through every single test and exam was very kind, patient and accommodating. I regret that I do not remember his name, but he was fantastic. Talia Wohlberg has also been very attentive to all of my texts and calls and very patient with all of my questions. I haven't had the surgery yet but I already feel very at ease and believe this is the right surgeon office for me.

Brodie was taken care of right away. The wait time was short and the visit was fast and efficient. He loved it so much and is now only requesting to be seen at this particular location. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my boy.

Dr. Gaur is the best! Dr. Assil did my cataract surgery so i know i put myself in the top doctors at this facility!! i highly tecommend this place if your having eye trouble whether it’s glaucoma, cataracts, dry eyes, etc. to me a few.
