I refered my husband to Dr. Kerry Assil, and we where both very happy with the experience. He is seeing perfectly! And when they gave him his options they ended up only having to correct one eye, so now he doesn't need reading glasses. Super nice staff and got us in without too much wait time. They are top!

I previously told Dr. Adele how pleased I was with the spectacular effect of the polishing of my right intraocular lens. This procedure was done early in January in the Beverly Hills office.
At my recent follow-up visit in the Santa Monica office, Dr. Adele addressed the problem of cloudy vision in my left eye. She took a quick look, and, despite the drops I had been using once a day, pronounced "dry eye"--in both eyes. She recommended a regimen of non-preservative drops to be used four times a day (more often if needed), plus hot compresses a couple of times a day with a microwave-heated mask. I'm happy to report this therapy is working: (1) cloudy vision and "funny feeling" in my left eye much improved, (2) no more waking up with the sense of a grain of sand stuck in my left eye, (3) no more burning sensation when reading or working at a computer.
I'm grateful to Dr. Adele, and also to Dr. P, Dr. May, Aaron (with his technical expertise) and all their colleagues at Assil-Gaur for helping old-timers like me to preserve the precious gift of sight.

I was experiencing cloudy vision. At the clinic I was told it was not a refraction issue--my glasses were fine--but that I should make an appointment with Dr. Adeleh for "polishing" of an intraocular lens inserted during cataract surgery six years ago. Sounded scary. I was apprehensive, but Dr. Adeleh put me at ease. After an initial screening and dilation, the procedure itself took about 10 painless minutes in front of a laser with a light beamed into my eye. The result was amazing. Once again my vision, both near and far, is so crisp and clear, it seems to sparkle. Wow! Thank you, Dr. Adeleh.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Adeleh after trying to find a specialist to remove a growth on my eyelid. I was nervous because it was in a sensitive area right above the lash line and I was concerned about scarring as well. However, Dr. Adeleh was so kind and informative from the second I met her that I felt comforted immediately and trusted her to move forward with the procedure in the same day. She was able to remove the growth completely/successfully and I’m now left with minimal scarring as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Adeleh to anyone!

I needed a minor procedure done on my left eyelid. My optometrist referred me to Dr. Adele. She and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Adele did everything she could to make me comfortable and explain each part of the procedure. It was as painless as it could be! When I went for my follow up, we discussed some high pressure readings I had been having for the last couple of years. They had time to do a baseline glaucoma test for me that same morning. They checked my optic nerve and cornea thickness. Once again, Dr. Adele was very kind, and took her time explaining the results to me (which were good!). I would not hesitate to go back to see her or recommend her to others. She is an excellent ophthalmologist.
