Dr. Adeleh is a rare combination of an utmost professional and someone, who truly cares for her patients. She did an amazing job helping my mom see better and look younger with the eyelid surgery. My mother is 84 yo, and Dr. Adeleh was patient and answered every single question my mom asked her, and my mom asks many questions;) My mom and I couldn't be happier with the surgery results. Doctor Adele is the most kind, attentive, and skillfull doctor one could ask for. She is the only physician that has ever given me a personal phone number if I experienced any complications or had any questions regarding my surgery. I previously told Dr. Adele how pleased I was with the spectacular effect of the polishing of my right intraocular lens. This procedure was done early in January in the Beverly Hills office.
At my recent follow-up visit in the Santa Monica office, Dr. Adele addressed the problem of cloudy vision in my left eye. She took a quick look, and, despite the drops I had been using once a day, pronounced "dry eye"--in both eyes. She recommended a regimen of non-preservative drops to be used four times a day (more often if needed), plus hot compresses a couple of times a day with a microwave-heated mask. I'm happy to report this therapy is working: (1) cloudy vision and "funny feeling" in my left eye much improved, (2) no more waking up with the sense of a grain of sand stuck in my left eye, (3) no more burning sensation when reading or working at a computer.
I'm grateful to Dr. Adele, and also to Dr. P, Dr. May, Aaron (with his technical expertise) and all their colleagues at Assil-Gaur for helping old-timers like me to preserve the precious gift of sight.
