    I feel like i could have used some guidance regarding the payment for the surgery, and would have been better if i had been prepared in advance with an already set-up CareCredit account. would have been nice if the staff had worked with me a little more on this.

    I have been very happy with the care I've received and the knowledge and friendliness of everyone in the office. I only wish I had been warned of the possible downsides to LASIK before surgery. I was expecting a night and day difference right away, but it's been a VERY slow process of healing and better vision.

    Dr. May and the staff at the Santa Monica office are the most wonderful people. They will not allow anyone to be uncomfortable or nervous. I can ask all my questions and they take their time to answer me. The are personable and intelligent and kind. I feel well taken care of and appreciated. I love them all.

    I was referred to Assil Eye institute by my sister and two nieces. I got my first appointment fairly quickly. All of the employees from the front people to all the way to the doctors are super polite and kind. They treated me like I was a celebrity. They have state of art equipment, they take their time to check everything.
    I did PRK procedure and I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend Dr. Assil to everyone.
