I had originally made an appointment with Dr.Harris, but when I experienced an unexpected eye emergency, the office told me to come in that same day. From the very first interaction, I was incredibly impressed by the level of care and service. Honestly, this is unlike any medical office I have ever experienced. Before seeing Dr.Harris, I had visited 5 different doctors in las Vegas, where I live, for ongoing dry -eye issues. You would think dry eye would be relatively straightforward to treat given how common it is, but after seeing doctor after doctor, I was essentially told to use hot compresses for the rest of my life. I knew there had to be more to it. Seeing Dr.Harris was a completely different experience. She took the time to truly understand my condition and offered a level of expertise and care that I had not experienced elsewhere. During my visit I also had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Adele because I needed a scar tissue lump removed from my eyelid she was exceptional. Not only does she have an incredible bedside manner, but she is also highly skilled and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the procedure. I also want to recognize James who assisted me with scheduling my appointments. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring what really stood out was that he actually came into the treatment room to introduce himself and check on how I was doing. That small gesture said so much about the culture of this office and the way they treat their patients. From the doctors to the staff, every person I encountered was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in my care. It is rare to find a medical practice where you feel this well taken care of care of from the moment you walk through the front door. Thank you also to Alicia!! I am incredibly grateful that I found Dr.Harris , Dr.Adele and the entire team I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a truly extraordinary patient experience.

As a physician myself, I have the connections to choose any doctor I want for my medical care- and I choose Dr. Adel, every time! Dr Adel is highly skilled. She also has a very calming and laid back demeanor, which made me feel comfortable as a patient. The staff is highly compassionate, and everything ran very smoothly from check in to check out.
