Dr. Kerry Assil himself has trained more than 10,000 ophthalmologists worldwide in state-of-the-art surgical techniques. Dr. Assil’s lifelong commitment to advancing the field of ophthalmology is evident in his body of work, including the development of new surgical techniques and advances in laser surgery. The Assil Gaur Eye Institute has participated in dozens of FDA clinical trials, either as the lead investigator or as a member of a multi-center team, testing new ophthalmological devices and surgical techniques.
