I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Assil, who removed a conjunctival nevus from my eye. The procedure itself was very quick and essentially painless. My nevus was a bit unusual and required a few additional follow-up visits, but Dr. Assil went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible care. He has exceptional bedside manner and genuinely makes you feel cared for as a patient. He took extra time to address my concerns, explain everything thoroughly, and take additional steps to ensure the best possible outcome. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise, patience, and dedication to his patients. I highly recommend him!

This is a wonderful office. It is very professional. I am very happy with my Dr and the people I interact with are wonderful. I do, however feel a bit disconnected when I have a question. I have left a message regarding my prescriptions and have not been contacted. I do plan to call again tomorrow. Thank you for the care. You are giving me.

My optomitrist treated my eye infection with eye drops and oral antibiotics. It did not clear up so he referred me to Dr. Gaur suspecting it might be a blocked tear duct - it was, Easy to secure an appointment (live person asked the phone, no playing phone tag). Clear communication via text/email. Dr Gaur is warm with an easy manner which is appreciated involving eye issues. Procedure was 10-15 minutes. No swelling or bruises. She has a gentle touch. I referred a friend who had cataract surgery with poor results along with no post op instuctions

I'm about 9 months out from double lenses and I understood that there are factors to consider moving forward, possible LASIK, etc. I had been seeing Dr Natalie and Dr. Assil. I always had the feeling that more tweaking could be done as I still have some not normal occurrence. I remember having much more hope about having better vision when I was dealing with Dr. Natalie. I had the feeling that nothing more could be done for me in this last conversation. I think I was basically told come back in a year and then we can do some glasses. And that's certainly not what I wanted to hear.
