I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr Adeleh for my surgery from the beginning to end! They took care of all the insurance, ran tests, and scheduled my appointments so quickly and efficiently. The surgery coordinator Aleasha was also so kind and helpful - I felt really comfortable and at ease the entire time. Dr Adeleh explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions before and even during the procedure. I love her enthusiasm and passion for what she does. Even though I like Drs Adel and Z, I have not had a great experience with the front dest staff. Once I sat in the waiting room for more than 30 mins w/o Anyone telling me that they were running late. During another appointment I stood in front of the receptionist for over 5 mins without being noticed that I was even there. I finally took a seat w/o talking to anyone. Other staff members have been very kind and cordial.

The staff was amazing. Everybody was very nice. My provider sent my chalazion sample to the lab to assess for cancer and directly stated she would follow up with me. To date, I haven’t heard anything via phone, email, text, etc. This is a quality and safety issue. I had a ride home; however, nobody ensured I was fine to leave the office after my procedure. This is a safety issue. Overall, everything was fine, but feedback that could be used to provide a better patient experience to protect your patients. Personally, I wouldn’t return because of the practice overlooking patient safety, quality, and clinical outcomes.

I have been a patient of Assil Gaur Eye Institue for many number years. Recently I had issues with my eye lids causing to obstruct my vision and I was referred to Dr Adelle. She had recommend me to get a Blepharoplasty procedure to correct my eyelid issues. I was told that the procedure is simple but I need to take care post op because of inflammation and scars around my eyes as well as some pain with that comes with the procedure. I had my complete trust with Dr Adelle and the procedure did not take no more than 20 min. Post op, I diligently iced my eyes and kept putting the ointment provided. After a week went back to see Dr Adelle, my post op eyes only had a little swelling and no bruise!! It was amazing!! Most of my friends couldn’t even tell that I had surgery but they can tell I had “wider” eyes!!! Than you Dr Adelle, I know I can trust you with any of my eye issues. And certainly I’ve already recommended to all my friends!

It would be helpful if staff could call in prescriptions in a timely manner. When I was in the office October 28, I waited at the pharmacy across the street, Encore Pharmacy, for over an hour and finally had to call your front desk to have them call in the order as the pharmacy was going to close. I know the techs get busy, but there has to be a more efficient way to do this.

When going to your Beverly Hills office it’s very annoying to sit in the waiting room for over an hour before you are seen. I would understand a 15 minute wait but that’s never the case. It always feels like an all day appointment. What should be a 30 to 45 minute appointment to be seen takes 3 hrs by the time we leave. That’s my only complaint. All the doctors are wonderful and that’s what keeps me coming back for the procedures I’ve had done.

I had a fairly large size obstruction in my lower left tear duct and she put me at ease before, during and after the removal procedure (for which I was awake)!!!! Dr. Adele - like all the doctors I've seen at Assil Gaur - is totally amazing and cutting edge!!!!! If my chronic dry eyes ever feel good enough to withstand the additional dryness that an eyelid lift would (praying that it settles down (and Assil's dry eye specialist doctors are helping with that) I would choose Dr. Adele in a heartbeat!! I hope I'm in a position to be able to do that one day. FIFTEEN GOLD STARS!!!!!

5 stars doesn't even do my experience justice. from my consult appointment to my follow ups, dr. adele and her staff went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. it was brand new territory for me, and because of that, i had so many questions and both adele and her staff didn't just answer the questions, but they made sure i understood what they were saying. dr. adele actually cares for her patients. and the remarkable thing is that she seemed to be even more invested in my results than i was. i couldn't recommend someone any higher as this was the greatest doctor/patient experience in my entire life. she is the absolute best!!

Dr Adeleh is absolutely fantastic! She was extremely thorough at our consultation exam and told me she would be able to fix my eye issue with ptosis repair, and I was able to get the surgery scheduled for two weeks later. The surgery went perfectly ! It’s now 6 weeks later and my eye looks and feels so much better! My eyelid was so heavy before and I was self conscious about that eyelid being lower, and now my eyes look symmetrical and the eyelid is no longer heavy! I saw results right away and my eyelid is still improving, it has made a huge difference in my life! Also, Dr Adeleh followed up with me via text and phone numerous times after my procedure to check in on me and make sure I was doing ok- from her personal cell phone and outside of regular business hours. I couldn’t ask for a better, more caring and more skilled doctor. She is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her enough !!!

Had a Chalazion that basically turned my life upside down- I model part time and was using it to supplement income, and this ailment had drastically changed my confidence in my appearance. The whole ordeal lasted for 4 months and wasn’t receptive to anything any doctor prescribed until I saw Adeleh. I got my eye back to its original condition and I am so relieved. I really had lost hope. Her and her staff are AMAZING.

I really hate the one hour or more time it takes for them to see me. I have been there at least 6-7 times this year and every time I’ve had to wait an hour or more after my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Adele. One time they told me there had been an emergency and that’s why it took two hours for them to see me that time, but somebody should’ve told me what was going on when I got there. I had previously gone to Assil-Gaur for my cataract surgery and was happy I was referred to Dr. Adele (who is also in that practice) for my ptosis surgery. I had started to notice my droopy eyelid when I had headshots taken for work and I kept saying no to all the pictures taken because "my eye looks funny in this one." It was only when my "eye looked funny" in ALL of the pics and I looked carefully in the mirror, that I realized it was me, not the photographer! Luckily (?) about a year later, the drooping had progressed enough to warrant the surgery to be covered by insurance. Before I went in, I was a little nervous. I've always been squeamish with people near my eyes. So thinking of someone lifting up my eyelid and doing surgery was squirm-inducing. But when the day for the surgery came, Dr. Adele and her staff made me feel very comfortable. I honestly can't remember now if I was put all the way out or just partially. Needless to say, there was nothing squirm-inducing at all in the whole experience. I wasn't even as black and blue as I had expected afterwards. The next day was Christmas Eve and I had to sing a solo at church, and I didn't scare anyone in the congregation! Recuperation was only slightly uncomfortable. My eyes just felt a little gritty, but regular icepacks and artificial tear drops (like every 30-60 minutes for the first few days) made everything okay. My vision was basically fine, just a little bit blurry due to the irritation on the eyeballs from the stitches. But I was able to do everything I needed to do. I just didn't want to be away from home for too long, because I did need to lie down with the icepack and eyedrops pretty regularly. Cut to a few weeks later and, as you can see in the pics, my eyes matched again. I didn't look sleepy or lazy-eyed anymore. Dr. Adele made herself very accessible via text and quickly answered all my questions when I messaged her, even though it was the Christmas/New Years holidays. You can do no better than to put yourself in Dr. Adele's hands.

I was experiencing cloudy vision. At the clinic I was told it was not a refraction issue--my glasses were fine--but that I should make an appointment with Dr. Adeleh for "polishing" of an intraocular lens inserted during cataract surgery six years ago. Sounded scary. I was apprehensive, but Dr. Adeleh put me at ease. After an initial screening and dilation, the procedure itself took about 10 painless minutes in front of a laser with a light beamed into my eye. The result was amazing. Once again my vision, both near and far, is so crisp and clear, it seems to sparkle. Wow! Thank you, Dr. Adeleh.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Adeleh after trying to find a specialist to remove a growth on my eyelid. I was nervous because it was in a sensitive area right above the lash line and I was concerned about scarring as well. However, Dr. Adeleh was so kind and informative from the second I met her that I felt comforted immediately and trusted her to move forward with the procedure in the same day. I would like to put in a concern about your surgery scheduler, when we set down face to face discussing the procedures, she was very polite, attentive, caring, and I can go on and on. but the last couple of days I have been trying to get hold of her leaving 2 messages so far but no response, I need to change our surgery and follow up appointment dates but I can't seem to hear from her. I know it is a busy time and everyone trying to take care of things before the holidays but I would think that I deserve a call back. Dr. Adeleh performed my LASIK eye surgery 2 weeks ago along with Dr. Assil at Assil Eye Institute. I was super nervous as my prescription was quite high, but she made me feel more comfortable and at ease by being very thorough from the initial consult, to the surgery day, to my post-op care and answered all my questions with care and humbleness. My vision is still slowly recovering, but I'm grateful that I have Dr. Adeleh and the whole staff at Assil Eye Institute by my side as I'm going through this long and life-changing process.
