Known as a mind strategist, Jessica guides clients to prime the mind towards productive outcomes while reducing internal resistance. The mind is a powerful force that influences how we recover and even what our experiences feel like pre/post-surgery. Put simply, the goal is to increase heart-brain coherence, boost vitality, reduce stress, and teach others how to use the full capabilities of their mental power.

Jessica also utilizes guided imagery and is an advanced practitioner of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Toxic energy can build up in the body, leading to chronic conditions, fatigue, or disease. EFT helps move stuck or blocked energy through the meridian system, through which life energy flows, restoring the body to balance. 

At Assil Gaur Eye Institute, Jessica oversees business development and co-management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University, an honors diploma from the College of Hypnotherapy, and is a certified member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).

Her Journal for Mind Optimization: Mind Mastery for Joyful Living, is designed to increase positive mental capital based on exercising four key traits known as H.E.R.O. – Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, Optimism.
