    Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The lady at the reception desk was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The assistants were very gentle and knowledgeable, and Dr. Assil doctor took time to examine my eyes thoroughly and explained everything in detail. It's superb quality care!

    All great except one staff member. I do not recall her name was rather inpatient and her demeanor was without empathy for the Patient .

    Our only challenge is that we live in Santa Barbara and some of the appointments must take place at the Beverly Hills location -- a bit more difficult for us with traffic. Otherwise, for us --- we love everything.
